About the Role Jump Onboard is seeking an Onboarding Automation Specialist to help scale client onboarding for financial advisors by automating data intake, document ingestion, and account opening. The role focuses on delivering a frictionless, client-friendly experience while keeping systems clean and current with an automated review step before submission.
What You'll Do
- Configure and implement Jump Onboard workflows to automate data entry, document ingestion, and account opening.
- Create and manage client AI intake forms, and leverage meeting/integration data to auto-fill forms as needed.
- Turn client documents into usable data and push verified updates to connected systems with a built-in review step before submission.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a consistent, compliant onboarding process and a high-quality advisor experience.
- Monitor performance metrics such as time saved per advisor and overall efficiency, and optimize flows accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in onboarding automation, data extraction, and document intelligence (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM/integration platforms and data flows for client onboarding.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into a smooth client experience and to work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial advisor workflows.
- Familiarity with AI intake forms and document intelligence tools.
