About the Role KAVAK is seeking an Onboarder to provide attention and support to customers on the floor for the realization of different transactions (purchase, sale, trade-in) and accompany customers through the process from start to finish until graduation. This role is essential to enable customers to complete transactions smoothly and contribute to Kavak's national and international operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide attention and support to customers on the floor for the realization of different transactions (purchase, sale, trade-in) and accompany customers with attention and support during their process until graduation.
What We're Looking For
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage with customers on the sales floor.
- Interest or aptitude for transactions involving purchase, sale, or trade-in.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 12,000.00 MXN per month; 1,056 MXN in tarjeta de vales.
