About the Role Join Kavak as an Onboarder to provide attention and support to customers on the showroom floor for transactions (purchase, sale, trade-in) and guide them with care through the process until completion, helping Kavak grow both nationally and internationally.
What You'll Do
- Provide attention and support to customers on the showroom floor for purchases, sales, and trade-ins, guiding them step by step through the process until completion.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by attending to needs and assisting with transaction-related questions on the showroom floor.
What We're Looking For
- Customer-focused individuals with the ability to assist customers with purchases, sales and trade-ins on the showroom floor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to accompany customers throughout the process from start to finish.
- Willingness to work onsite in CMX-Antara showroom.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 12,000.00 MXN monthly (plus 1,056 MXN on vales card).
