About the Role KAVAK is looking for an Onboarder to provide attention and support to customers on the floor as they complete transactions (purchase, sale, trade-in). You will guide customers through the process with care until completion.
What You'll Do
- Provide attention and support to customers on the floor for the realization of different transactions (purchase, sale in), and accompany customers with attention and support during their process until graduation.
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work onsite in CMX-San Angel, Mexico City.
- Customer-service mindset with ability to assist customers through multiple transaction processes (purchase, sale, trade-in).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
