About the Role Onboarder at Kavak will provide attention and support to customers on the showroom floor for different transactions (purchase, sale, trade-in), guiding and accompanying them through the process until completion. What You'll Do
- Provide attentive on-floor support to customers during purchases, sales and trade-ins.
- Guide customers through each transactional step, ensuring a smooth experience until the process is completed. What We're Looking For
- Customer-service orientation and ability to engage with customers on the showroom floor.
- Interest in supporting customers across purchase, sale and trade-in processes.
- Availability to work onsite at the CVA-Forum Cuernavaca location. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 12,000 MXN per month
- 1,056 MXN in vales (benefits vouchers)
