Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) is looking for an On-site Recruiter. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and backbone of our on-site team—managing high-volume staffing operations, keeping daily routines running smoothly, and making sure our talent feels supported every day.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Screen, interview, and select qualified temporary candidates to meet daily staffing requirements.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct site orientations, manage safety compliance, and ensure all talent are fully onboarded and badged prior to shift start.
  • Workforce Management: Handle daily attendance tracking, roster scheduling, shift check-ins, and payroll processing.
  • Client & Talent Relations: Maintain continuous communication with shift supervisors to resolve operational staffing issues and act as a supportive resource for on-site talent.
  • Performance & Safety Tracking: Monitor talent performance, administer safety protocols, and maintain accurate talent management record system updates.
