About the Role You will be part of a team ensuring the efficient operation of the production line and the delivery of world-class product quality. Your role includes setting up, controlling, and maintaining equipment, while adhering to safety and productivity standards. You will work in a dynamic environment with daily tasks and opportunities to improve your skills, with support and training for professional growth. What You'll Do
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of the production line by monitoring process parameters and equipment state
- Perform basic setup, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of process equipment
- Adhere to quality and sanitary-hygiene standards at all stages of production
- Maintain necessary documentation, recording equipment parameters and other data
- Identify deviations in equipment performance or product quality and report promptly
- Participate in initiatives to improve line efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure uninterrupted production and achieve shared goals What We're Looking For
- Higher professional-technical education in the field of food production, or complete secondary education with vocational training in manufacturing
- Experience working with process equipment
- Experience in the food manufacturing sector
- Skills in working with technical documentation
- High level of responsibility and a conscientious approach to tasks Compensation & Benefits
