About the Role Join Gotham Soccer League as an On-Site Manager. This part-time role focuses on delivering a fun, smooth on-site experience for players during adult recreational soccer operations, primarily in the evenings. What You'll Do
- Ensure customers are enjoying themselves at all times
- Set up the field every night
- Coordinate with the operations team
- Retrieve balls kicked out of the field of play for our teams
- Oversee captains meetings on a seasonal basis
- Facilitate equipment, team shirts, etc. for each operation
- Manage on-site experience to run smoothly and be enjoyable
- Provide feedback and improvements for league growth
- Help with referee assessments What We're Looking For
- Available several nights of the week
- Extremely proactive with strong verbal and written communication, customer relations, sales, and extroverted personality
- Strong understanding of Google Suite
- Highly organized
- Passion for soccer and our teams
- Curious, eager and energetic
- Highly collaborative, great communicator and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment Nice to Have
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $15-$20 per hour (hourly)
- Paid hourly; app to clock in and out of on site
