Section: Responsibilities
- Drive 3PL performance by monitoring SLA, OTP, backlog, and operational issues across international warehouses.
- Manage Amazon FBA & TikTok FBT operations, including replenishments, shipments, removals, and inventory discrepancies.
- Execute Transfer Orders and B2B orders across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and international 3PLs
Section: Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems.
- Strong Excel / Google Workspace capabilities, including databases, pivot tables, and formulas.
