- Ensure vehicle maintenance employees maintain the required level of technical knowledge through on-the-job training, re-training, and re-certification.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate employees' work performance to ensure it meets acceptable levels of quality and quantity.
- Establish priorities and clear work expectations while holding vehicle maintenance employees accountable for quality workmanship.
