What You Will Do:

Our Cybersecurity Consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tier 2 Support Specialist with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting the full IAM stack, including Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), and CyberArk.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for IAM-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning, authentication, access policies, and privileged account management.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 support, IAM engineering, and security teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and security anomalies.
• Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access reviews.
• Support integration and configuration of IAM tools with enterprise applications.
• Participate in audits and compliance activities related to identity governance and access controls.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of work experience.
• Experience in engineering and deploying IT systems.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution.
• Knowledge of Okta including features, integrations, and architecture.
• Understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth.
• Experience configuring user authentication policies and application connections in Okta.
• Experience configuring and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) factors for Okta users, including Okta Verify, FIDO tokens, One-Time Passcodes, and RSA tokens.
• Experience troubleshooting Okta user authentication and application issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Understanding of security principles, compliance standards and identity lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, Consultant, Developer, and/or Architect certifications.
• Experience leveraging Okta APIs to construct calls for required tasks.
• Experience leveraging of PowerShell scripts and their application for Okta.
• Experience in other IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC, CyberArk.
• Experience following established software development standards and procedures and contribute towards their improvement.
• Familiarity with SDLC process, including designing and developing applications.
• Broad knowledge of information system technologies with willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with cloud provider services (AWS or Azure) and understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution.
• Active Security Clearance.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
