About the Role The Marketing Lead for OHBU in Taipei leads Amgen's Oncology & Hematology Marketing team, partnering across Sales, Value Access, Medical, and global/local leaders to execute portfolio strategies and programs that deliver value to patients, customers, and shareholders. What You'll Do
- Lead the Oncology & Hematology Marketing team with clear direction, resources, and coaching to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Value Access, Medical, and local, regional, and global partners to ensure execution of short- and long-term portfolio goals, strategies, and programs, driving meaningful patient and customer impact.
- Shape Amgen's oncology portfolio by identifying and shaping growth opportunities across Oncology, Hematology, Rare Disease, and Biosimilars to expand patient access and enhance the customer experience and engagement.
