Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (electrical, mechanical, and related infrastructure). Respond to facilities-related requests and incidents during night shifts. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and infrastructure. Maintain accurate records and report issues to facilities management. Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role. Ability to work night shift (12x36) and onsite at Barra Funda/SP. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork.
Relevant trade certifications or apprenticeships.
