Description: CBRE is seeking a General Maintenance Officer for a night shift (12 x 36 noturno) at Barra Funda, São Paulo, Brazil. This role supports CBRE facilities operations and maintenance on the client site to ensure reliable, safe building performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests, ensure safety and compliance, and document all work performed.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to maintain smooth site operations during night shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on maintenance or facilities experience.
- Ability to work night shift (12x36) onsite at Barra Funda.
- Strong problem-solving skills, safety orientation, and good communication.
Nice to Have
