CBRE is hiring for a General Maintenance Officer for a 12x36 night shift at Barra Funda, Sao Paulo, Brazil. The role involves performing general facility maintenance tasks to ensure safe and reliable operations at the site.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across building systems and equipment on-site during night shifts. Collaborate with facilities team to address maintenance requests and upkeep of common areas. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Experience in facilities maintenance or building maintenance roles. Ability to work a night shift (12x36) and on-site at Barra Funda, Sao Paulo. Basic technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related trades. Good communication and teamwork skills; willingness to follow CBRE procedures.
Prior CBRE or facilities management experience. Portuguese language proficiency; additional languages a plus.
