About the Role CBRE is looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our Barra Funda facility team on a 12x36 night shift. The role contributes to safe, reliable operation of building systems and guest comfort.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with the facilities team
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Document work performed and update maintenance records
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in facilities maintenance or building operations
- Ability to work the night shift (12x36) and on-site at Barra Funda/SP
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
- Good communication and reliability
