About the Role CBRE is seeking an Oficial de Manutenção c/ elétrica to perform electrical maintenance duties at the Barra Funda facility in Sao Paulo. This role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable operation of building electrical systems while adhering to maintenance schedules. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on building systems
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment and perform repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Document work orders and coordinate with facilities team What We're Looking For
- Experience in electrical maintenance or similar role
- Ability to work a 12 x 36 day shift (diurno) on-site in Barra Funda, SP
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
