About the Role CBRE is seeking an on-site Official de Manutenção with electrical responsibilities to support building systems at Barra Funda, São Paulo. This role focuses on electrical maintenance within a facilities environment on a daytime 12x36 shift, contributing to safe, reliable building operations. What You'll Do
- Perform routine and corrective electrical maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical components, wiring, and panels while ensuring safety compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical infrastructure and related facilities equipment
- Document maintenance activities and maintain service records
- Coordinate with facilities team and supervisor to plan and schedule work during the 12x36 day shift What We're Looking For
- Experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in facilities management or commercial buildings
- Ability to work the 12x36 day shift and on-site in Barra Funda, SP
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards; ability to follow procedures and document work
- Good communication skills and team collaboration Nice to Have
- Electrical certifications or professional qualifications
