About the Role CBRE is seeking an Oficial de Manutenção c/ elétrica to perform electrical maintenance for facilities in Barra Funda, São Paulo. The role operates on a 12 x 36 day shift and supports building systems to ensure safety and reliability. What You'll Do
- Perform electrical maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting to keep facility systems up to date and compliant.
- Respond to facility issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document work performed.
- Collaborate with facilities team to coordinate repairs and ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain equipment records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhere to CBRE standards and client requirements during all maintenance activities. What We're Looking For
- Experience in electrical maintenance and basic building systems.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow safely procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Availability for a 12 x 36 day shift.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Barra Funda location.
