About the Role CBRE is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician with electrical specialization to support a facility in Barra Funda, São Paulo. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable building operations. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and coordinate with the facilities team to resolve incidents.
- Inspect and test electrical installations to comply with safety standards.
- Adhere to safety policies and build-related procedures; document work orders and maintenance logs.
- Participate in shift coverage (12 x 36 diurno) as required. What We're Looking For
- Experience in electrical maintenance or related field.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and use common diagnostic tools.
- Willingness to work a 12 x 36 day shift; onsite at Barra Funda, São Paulo.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration. Nice to Have
- Certifications or training in electrical safety (NR10/NR3 or equivalent).
