About the Role CBRE is seeking a skilled maintenance technician with electrical expertise to join our facilities team in Barra Funda, Sao Paulo. This is a 12x36 day shift role focused on electrical systems within CBRE-managed properties. What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, document work performed, and report issues to the facilities team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and CBRE procedures; participate in safety trainings.
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed and support ongoing facility operations. What We're Looking For
- Experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in facilities or building management.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work a 12x36 day schedule at Barra Funda, SP. Nice to Have
