CBRE is seeking an Oficial de Manutenção c/ elétrica for Barra Funda, São Paulo, to perform electrical maintenance on site as part of the facilities management team. This role operates on a 12x36 daytime shift.

Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on building systems and equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical faults, diagnose issues, and implement repairs following safety protocols.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and documentation; maintain accurate work orders and records.

Collaborate with facilities team and contractors; ensure compliance with CBRE safety policies.

Participate in on-call rotations if required.

Experience in electrical maintenance or similar role; knowledge of electrical systems.

Ability to work 12x36 daytime shift; onsite in Barra Funda, São Paulo.

Knowledge of electrical safety standards; ability to read diagrams; good problem-solving.

Good communication and teamwork; Portuguese language; basic computer skills for work orders.

Certifications in electrical work; licensed electrician; familiar with facilities management environments.
