The Oficial de Manutenção c/ elétrica at CBRE will be responsible for electrical maintenance and related facility operations on-site at the Barra Funda location in São Paulo. The role supports reliable building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform electrical maintenance tasks and inspections on building systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, perform repairs, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with CBRE standards and safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests and collaborate with facilities teams to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety checks.
