The Role
- Set up, operate, and optimize Heidelberg offset printing presses to achieve maximum efficiency and print quality.
- Perform color matching, registration control, plate mounting, and print quality verification.
- Troubleshoot print defects, press malfunctions, and machine-related issues in real time.
- Monitor production efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce setup times and downtime.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and first-line maintenance.
- Complete production and quality documentation, including waste reports and shift handover records, accurately.
- Coach and support press assistants and junior operators.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
