CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Generalist for the Barra Funda area in São Paulo, Brazil. This on-site night-shift role (12x36) will support the upkeep of building systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and components
- Respond to maintenance requests and incidents, prioritizing safety and efficiency
- Complete work orders, document activities, and maintain compliance with safety standards
- Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and coordinate with the facilities team as needed
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors when external support is required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in building maintenance or facilities management
- Ability to work on-site and on a night shift schedule (12x36)
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
- Language skills beyond Portuguese (e.g., English)
- Certifications related to facilities management or safety
