About the Role Officer, Transfer Agency Senior Analyst - Hybrid, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role supports Citi Securities Services by delivering analytical and administrative support for derivatives and securities transactions, with a focus on trade capture, front-to-back reconciliation, and risk mitigation. What You'll Do

• Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading with derivatives and securities transactions.
• Maintain position records in coordination with the trading desk assistant and trade processing functions.
• Support trade capture management, Front to Back reconciliation, identifying operational risk, trade confirmation and settlement forecasts.
• Resolve complex problems using data analysis tools and present recommendations to leadership to improve processes.
• Design and analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements and support control activities.
• Interpret data and make recommendations for the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms.
• Minimize risk and provide solutions to reduce errors while adhering to audit and control policies.
• Manage, escalate and resolve requests/inquiries/issues/errors; identify policy gaps and help formulate policies to streamline processes.
• Provide informal guidance and on-the-job-training to new team members.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Citi policies, and escalate control issues when needed. What We're Looking For
• Min 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills.
