Job Summary
- We are seeking smart, polite, and customer-focused Office/Shop Attendants to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations of the shop.
- The ideal candidate must be neat, proactive, and passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers promptly and assist them in product selection.
- Arrange and display products neatly on shelves and ensure proper labeling.
- Process sales, issue receipts, and operate POS machine accurately.
- Receive, verify, and properly arrange incoming stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock, expired, or damaged goods.
- Ensure the shop/office environment is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification.
- 1 year experience as a shop attendant, sales assistant, or similar retail role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be neat, polite, honest, and willing to work on weekends.
- Must reside within close proximity to the work location.
Salary
NGN 100,000 - NGN 130,000 monthly.
