Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for an office services clerk in its Phoenix office. General office assistance duties include sorting, scanning and delivering mail, maintaining and processing Client mail directed to Attorneys or Legal Staff and acting as receptionist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Office, clerical, and/or mail room experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Regular and reliable punctuality and attendance. This is a full time, onsite position.
• Ability to work under stress, juggle multiple projects and respond quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Notifying property manager of building issues.

• Maintaining copiers/printers.

• Moving boxes and maintaining the office kitchen supplies.

• Conference rooms and general office clean-up.

• Maintaining office supply inventory, organization and orders, and

• Assisting with various facilities and office services tasks
