Office Services Associate
We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support daily administrative and operational activities in Houston, Texas. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping office services organized, accurate, and responsive across mail handling, document production, and shipping support. The role requires strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely sorting, distribution, and preparation for delivery or pickup.

Operate copy and document production equipment to complete printing, scanning, and duplication requests with accuracy and efficiency.

Enter and update information in internal records and tracking systems while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

Coordinate shipping activities by preparing packages, labeling materials, and arranging carrier services as needed.

Provide day-to-day office support by responding to service requests and helping maintain organized workflow across office service functions.

Monitor supply levels for mail, shipping, and copy center operations and communicate replenishment needs promptly.

Maintain orderly records related to shipments, mail processing, and completed document requests for tracking and reference purposes.

Experience supporting office operations in areas such as copy services, mail distribution, shipping, or administrative coordination.

Ability to perform data entry tasks with strong accuracy and careful attention to detail.

Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including copiers, scanners, printers, and mailing tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities.

Effective communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to working with internal staff and service vendors.

Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, package handling, and mail center processes.

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented office environment.
