Office Services Associate
We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support daily workplace operations in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office setting and takes pride in delivering dependable administrative and customer service support. The ideal candidate will help keep mail, copy, supply, and meeting room functions running smoothly while maintaining a detail-oriented and organized environment.
Responsibilities

Manage the receipt, sorting, and internal distribution of mail to ensure timely delivery across the office.

Complete copying and document production requests on schedule, and provide basic assistance when office equipment issues arise.

Prepare outgoing mail and packages with proper postage and coordinate dispatch to postal or courier drop-off points.

Respond to supply requests from staff and replenish materials as needed to support daily business operations.

Maintain supply rooms and pantry areas by keeping them stocked, orderly, and presentable.

Set up and reset conference rooms for meetings, while helping track room usage and scheduling needs.

Conduct routine walkthroughs to support the overall appearance of the office, identify maintenance concerns, and communicate service needs to vendors or building management.

Provide additional clerical and administrative assistance as needed to support changing business priorities.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in office services, mailroom support, or customer-facing administrative work is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to internal and external service.

Hands-on experience with office technology, including printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and multi-line phone or scheduling systems.

Demonstrated ability to scan and manage documents accurately in a busy office environment.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Flexible and dependable, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities throughout the workday.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
