Job title: Office Nurse Practitioner (Contract)
About the Role The Office Nurse Practitioner works under supervision and clinical guidance of the practice physician(s). Engages in the practices constituting the practice of medicine in collaboration with and under the medical direction and supervision of a licensed physician. Reports to supervising physician(s) and designated manager.
What You'll Do
- Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice with effective utilization of healthcare resources.
- Demonstrates excellence in practice characterized by quality patient care and participation in formal and informal patient and staff education.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Current State license as an APRN with specialization in Family or Pediatrics.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse or RN holding a valid Compact State license.
- Meets and maintains State Licenser, Certification and/or educational requirements as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Education: completed diploma or academic transcript for those performing complexity testing.
- Preferred: 3-5 years of pediatric experience.
- Advanced professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
- Willingness to execute Non-Competition, Confidentiality, and Non-Solicitation Agreement for CMG required.
