Your Job DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) company, is seeking an Office Manager to join our team on-site in Bedminster, New Jersey. In this role, you will support business leaders across our New Jersey office and satellite locations while helping to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. You will balance office management, project coordination, and administrative support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of priorities and stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and office communications.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, kitchen inventories, and other administrative resources.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and workspace readiness.
- Support employee and intern onboarding, including workspace setup and coordination with hiring teams.
- Liaise with IT to support office technology, equipment repairs, and printer functionality.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and office events.
- Coordinate office maintenance, facility services, and vendor relationships.
- Review and approve invoices and support budget and expense tracking for office operations.
- Maintain labor law postings, licenses, permits, and other required office documentation.
- Provide project and administrative support, including scheduling, tracking milestones, coordinating communications, and maintaining documentation.
- Support calendar management and meeting coordination for office staff and leadership.
- Maintain confidential employee and business records.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve office operations and administrative processes.
- Support leadership with special projects and executive administrative assistance.
- Maintain office branding and marketing standards, as needed.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Previous administrative, office coordination, or customer-facing support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience supporting calendars, scheduling, or administrative coordination for multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience managing multiple projects, tasks, and competing priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Familiar with project-based applications for document repositories
- Familiar with scheduling tools, such as Microsoft P6
- Experience with document control systems and management
For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000k - $90,000k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
