As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Office Manager to join our Orthodontic team. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, providing leadership and support to both clinical and administrative team members. You'll play a key role in driving office performance, developing employees, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional experience for patients, families, and team members alike.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support all office team members to deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
Oversee day-to-day practice operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows.
Develop, train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
Manage staffing schedules and resolve coverage or scheduling challenges as needed.
Help drive office performance by monitoring KPIs, supporting practice goals, and promoting a collaborative team environment.
Partner with providers and leaders to support operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice growth.
Improve patient satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution.
Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, payroll support, and administrative operations.
Maintain accurate orthodontic treatment records, patient charts, and clinical documentation.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, equipment needs, and administrative resources.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the office.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

2+ years of dental or healthcare office management experience preferred
Experience leading teams and supporting operational performance goals preferred

Office Schedule

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday 8:00am-2:00pm
No weekends or nights required
