Office Lead - Compass (San Francisco)

Please note: this role is 100% in-office in San Francisco (891 Beach St).
As the Office Lead for our regional headquarters in San Francisco, you will oversee office operations to ensure we maintain Compass office standards and that employees, customers, and other guests enjoy their visit. You will plan, coordinate, and execute events that drive our customer engagement and retention goals. You are passionate about your customers' experience, both internal and external, and can deliver a world-class office and event experience. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of previous experience in events, customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus
- A passion for creating community within a space; you encourage in-office interaction, bonding, and engagement
- Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic to the customer's pain points
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
- Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- The ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers and influencers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly
- Ability to work autonomously and possess a strong bias toward action
Compensation
- The expected base pay for this position is $32-$34.25/hour. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of what we intend to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final offers within this range will depend on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional compensation elements, such as bonuses, commissions, or equity grants, may be available, along with a full benefits program. We remain committed to fair pay practices and compliance with all California transparency requirements.
