Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to manage indoor sales activities, engage customers on social media, and support digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content to promote the company's products and services.
- Assist in managing the company's social media pages.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Support online and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Currently serving under the NYSC scheme.
- Good written communication and computer skills.
