Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Design and develop automation scripts for user provisioning and other repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and integrated Office 365 experience.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards within the Office 365 environment.
• Troubleshoot complex Office 365 related issues and provide high-level support.
• Participate in the planning and execution of migrations to Office 365 from various platforms.
• Monitor and report on Office 365 usage, performance, and security.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Office 365, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Office 365 tools.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and management.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 services and integration with other Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation in the Office 365 environment.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in the context of Office 365.

Preferred Requirements:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certifications
