The Offensive Security Validation Specialist will support the offensive security and AI-enabled security testing program. The role serves as the primary human-in-the-loop reviewer for findings produced by AI testing, security scanning, and testing harnesses.

The specialist will use hands-on penetration-testing experience to determine whether reported vulnerabilities are valid, identify false positives, assess exploitability, recognize vulnerability chains, and document evidence that supports remediation decisions.

• Validate whether reported vulnerabilities are reproducible, exploitable, and relevant to the tested environment.
• Identify false positives, duplicate findings, unsupported conclusions, and findings with insufficient evidence.
• Perform targeted manual testing to confirm or reject AI-generated results within approved rules of engagement.
• Assess how individual weaknesses could be combined into practical vulnerability or attack chains.
• Evaluate attack prerequisites, required access, exposed functionality, compensating controls, and likely business impact.
• Practical certification such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, GPEN, GWAPT, Burp Suite Certified Practitioner, CRTP, or equivalent.
• Experience validating findings created by AI systems, autonomous security agents, or AI-assisted penetration-testing tools.
