About the Role BlackRock offers six-month Off-Cycle Internships in some of our Continental European offices. This programme is for candidates in their penultimate year of studies who will graduate with an undergraduate or master’s degree between July 2027 and 2028. This opportunity gives you a chance to work closely with and add value to a specific team, set and complete objectives, and be exposed to BlackRock’s culture and ethos. During the internship, you will develop new skills and gain valuable experience within the asset management industry. At the end of your internship, you can consider applying to our Full-Time Analyst Programme.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with a designated team within a Continental European office to contribute to set objectives.
- Develop new skills and gain hands-on experience in the asset management industry.
- Be exposed to BlackRock’s culture and ethos throughout the internship.
- Explore a potential pathway to the Full-Time Analyst Programme after completion.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates in their penultimate year of studies who will graduate with an undergraduate or master's degree between July 2027 and 2028.
- Eligible to apply to the Off-Cycle Internship Programme and up to two functions within that programme; must apply for both opportunities using the same programme application.
- If you withdraw your application, you cannot submit another application for this programme this year.
- Next steps include submitting your application and completing a pre-interview assessment within five days of submission; failure to complete may lead to withdrawal.
