Job title: OFC Program Leader, APAC
About the Role Reporting to the VP/GM, Global Commercial HVAC, this role defines and executes the Oil-Free Centrifugal (OFC) strategy across APAC and IMEA. The Program Leader drives alignment on product roadmaps, priorities, and development execution to deliver new product initiatives and regional growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive program KPIs, performance metrics, and success criteria across product development, customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end execution of new product programs, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regional priorities.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and governance to drive execution excellence and a high-performance culture.
- Partner with global and regional product management to define product roadmaps and detailed specifications.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements and business opportunities.
- Support development of robust business cases, including ROI analysis and market opportunity assessment.
- Lead collaboration across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions for APAC/IMEA.
What We're Looking For
- Experience defining and executing cross-regional product programs and strategies in HVAC or related industrial tech.
- Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements and opportunities.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
- Experience partnering with global and regional product management and engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to operate across APAC and IMEA.
