OEM Sales Manager

Our customer is seeking a driven OEM Sales Manager who can navigate long, technical sales cycles, connect customer needs with engineering and operational solutions, and build strategic accounts from first conversation through launch and beyond, If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Get to Do:

• Own complex OEM sales cycles from opportunity identification and technical alignment through negotiation, launch, and long-term account growth.
• EXPAND OEM MARKET SHARE - Develop and execute account strategies that deepen relationships with OEM customers, identify new programs and applications, and expand share of wallet.
• LEAD STRATEGIC OEM ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Serve as the commercial lead for key OEM accounts, coordinating with engineering, operations, and customer teams to meet program requirements and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements

What You'll Need:

• At least five years of direct OEM sales and strategic account management experience, with a demonstrated record of managing long, complex sales cycles, partnering with engineering and purchasing stakeholders, negotiating commercial agreements, and growing major OEM accounts.
• Experience leading sales teams is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management platforms, such as Salesforce.
• Communication

Skills

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
