OEM Key Account Manager

Our client, a leading global manufacturer located in Grand Rapids, is seeking an experienced OEM Key Account Manager. If you have a strong background in industrial sales and account management and are ready for your next opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Identify new revenue opportunities: Drive profitable sales growth through proactive market anticipation, analysis, and action.

• Grow share of wallet: Expand customer relationships through strong engagement and satisfaction, competitive positioning, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.

• Lead key account activities: Execute essential account management responsibilities, including new product and program launches, pricing changes, and related initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• What You'll Bring

• At least three years of experience in OEM sales and account management.

• A college degree in business or marketing, or comparable experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base and individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, paired with strong problem-solving skills.

• Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
