About the Role Intel's Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (OTF) in Chandler, AZ is part of Intel Foundry's Manufacturing and Supply Chain group and leads high-volume production of Intel silicon using advanced processes. As the Senior Lithography Reticle Engineer focusing on reticles/masks, you will lead a team to optimize reticle quality and performance and partner with yield and equipment engineers to enable higher yield and more affordable manufacturing. You will model a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the department. What You'll Do
- Ensure safety and workplace organization of the area and copy exactly matching of equipment configuration, parameters, and targeting to a defined standard.
- Regularly review Reticle Inspection equipment and availability, ensuring equipment matching and repeatability.
- Drive continuous improvement in tool health and process matching of reticle platforms by utilizing Virtual Factory BIC performance, shared learnings, and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with yield and other equipment engineers; own monitoring and controlling reticle quality and performance; conduct data analysis to improve processes; and manage quality measurement for Intel's latest technologies.
- Support cross-functional and cross-department activities to enable parametric and defectivity matching and improvement; mentor junior engineers and contribute to training and development. What We're Looking For
- Experience with lithography reticle/mask in Foundry or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to partner with yield and equipment engineers and own monitoring and controlling reticle quality and performance.
- Strong data analysis skills to drive process improvements and manage quality measurement.
- Track record of leading or mentoring engineers, and fostering a safety- and results-driven culture.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to enable parametric and defectivity matching and improvement.
