What you will be doing
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operational management of our global ocean carriers and air & ocean freight forwarders.
- Monitor carrier performance, capacity, allocations, and service levels to ensure reliable inbound transportation.
- Act as the primary contact for operational escalations and resolve transportation issues in close collaboration with carriers and internal stakeholders.
