Join VNA Health Group as a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based OT services. You will help patients restore independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance quality of life within a mission-driven team. What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients based on individual occupational therapy needs

Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team

Monitor patient progress and document changes in functional status and independence

Deliver high-quality care while adhering to safety protocols and attendance standards What We're Looking For

Occupational Therapy Licensure in NJ

2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred

Strong computer skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid NJ driver's license Compensation & Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 112,000 per year
