About the Role The Occupational Therapist will join Brendan House Skilled Nursing in Kalispell, MT to provide individualized therapy focused on improving residents' quality of life. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a 110-bed facility offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care, with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and resident-centered care. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide occupational therapy services appropriate to patient needs
- Document care in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams on treatment goals and discharge planning
- Meet productivity standards and support departmental goals
- Participate in facility and community programs as appropriate
