About the Role The Occupational Therapist will join Brendan House Skilled Nursing in Kalispell, MT to provide individualized therapy focused on improving residents' quality of life. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a 110-bed facility offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care, with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and resident-centered care. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide occupational therapy services appropriate to patient needs
- Document care in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams on treatment goals and discharge planning
- Meet productivity standards and support departmental goals
- Participate in facility and community programs as appropriate
- Schedule: Day Shift - variable hours; 36 hours per week; shifts could be five days a week or 4 days/wk with 9-hour shifts; weekend shifts could replace some weekday shifts in the future What We're Looking For
- Current Montana Occupational Therapist (OT) license (or obtained before hire date)
- Graduate of an accredited OT program with ability to obtain Montana licensure within 30 days of hire
- Current BLS/HCP CPR certification (as applicable)
- Knowledge of OT practices, tools, and techniques
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems) Compensation & Benefits
