Occupational Therapist (OT) – Colonial Vista Post Acute Wenatchee, WA | Full-Time | $45–$55 per hour
Help residents get back to the everyday moments that matter most!

What you’ll do

Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans

Help residents improve daily living skills like dressing, bathing, eating and getting around safely

Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety changes

Supervise and support COTAs

Teach residents and families how to stay safe and independent

Keep clear, accurate documentation and work closely with nursing and the care team

What you’ll need

Current Washington OT license
-
CPR/BLS certification
-
Strong clinical skills, creativity and a team-first attitude

Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!
