Occupational Health Registered Nurse needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s manufacturing facility located in Essex Junction, VT. This RN will provide occupational health and needs to be able to work independently.

Schedule: M/W/F 8a-8:30p Duration: ASAP through 12/31/26 with possible extension or permanent placement Pay: $35-47/hr, DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provides on-site care and follow-up to occupationally injured/ill workers.
• Responsible for maintaining OSHA records as well as following OSHA guidelines.
• Maintains a medical record database and provides reports to management, as needed.
• Performs First Aid/CPR/AED training as directed by client.
• Maintains communication with the Clinic Physician regarding employee updates.
• Provides injury care with the Incident Intervention after-hours service.
• Provides counseling to employees on employment risk reduction activities.
• Ensures that employees have appropriate return-to-work clearances.
• Coordinates employee new hire exams, medical surveillance and exit exams.
• Leads and provides health and safety training such as ergonomics, blood borne pathogen, hearing conservation, and hazard communication.
• Case management of occupational illness/injury.
• Case management of lost-time/absent employees for occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Coordinates regulatory testing (drug screening, hearing tests, respirator fit tests and medical evaluations) and maintains employee lists for regulatory compliance, if needed.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• BSN or ASN degree
• Active RN license to practice in VT
• Experience in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency, Urgent Care, or related
• CPR upon hire
