About the Role As an Occupational Health Physician at Mercedes-Benz Group AG in Kecskemét, you will conduct medical fitness examinations, provide clinical and occupational health services, and support a healthy and safe working environment. You will assess health risks in workplaces, contribute to ergonomics and health strategies, manage vaccinations, and assist with reintegration and rehabilitation planning for employees returning to work or with changed capacities. What You'll Do
- Conduct general medical and occupational health fitness examinations and assessments
- Provide medical consultation, patient care, and occupational health services
- Participate in on-site occupational health and hygiene visits; collaborate with other departments
- Support health risk assessments of workplaces and work areas; analyze health impacts and help create a healthy working environment with ergonomic standards
- Prepare evaluations, summaries, presentations, and reports based on examination results
- Prepare health considerations for employees traveling abroad
- Administer vaccinations
- Support investigation of workplace accidents and occupational diseases; develop recommended actions; work with partner departments
- Contribute to integration management and reintegration processes; assist in rehabilitation planning for returning or changed-capacity employees
- Participate in Health Service projects; actively support health strategy; assist in developing and implementing new processes and concepts What We're Looking For
- General medical degree with board certification in occupational medicine
- Occupational health experience is advantageous
- Valid medical license to practice
- MS Office proficiency
- German language knowledge preferred; willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate across departments and support health strategy initiatives Nice to Have
