About the Role Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) seeks an OBD Calibration Engineer to join the Emissions and OBD Validation (EMOV) team within the Electrified Propulsion division. The role focuses on calibration strategy and collaboration across engine and electrified propulsion management systems to meet stringent emissions and on-board diagnostics requirements while delivering performance and efficiency. What You'll Do
- Develop, test, calibrate, and validate engine and electrified propulsion management systems across internal combustion, hybrid, and next-generation powertrains.
- Ensure propulsion systems comply with regulatory emissions and on-board diagnostics requirements through rigorous validation and calibration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within EMOV and HATCI to advance emissions calibration innovation and achieve competitive performance.
