About the Role Join Xerox's Global Business Services as an Order to Cash (O2C) Representative. You will manage end-to-end O2C activities to deliver efficient order processing, invoicing, and customer satisfaction, while supporting process improvements and governance across internal Lexmark teams and external customers.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash activities (O2C) with the goal of delivering O2C services while ensuring customer satisfaction, quality and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure efficient operation flow by handling internal (Lexmark teams) and external (customers, logistic partners) requests.
- Create reports from SAP/Power BI dashboards or Business Objects; apply knowledge to resolve issues; assist audits.
- Based on business requirements, manage Order to Delivery (O2D), Invoice to Cash (I2C), or both.
- For O2D: monitor orders in SAP (including EDI order management); support master data set-up and change requests; monitor, follow-up and communicate daily with customers and internal teams for topics like product availability, order blocks, shipments, export documents, certificates; handle backorder situations; build relationships to resolve issues; maximize customer satisfaction and O2D KPI results.
What We're Looking For
- University or college degree.
- Fluent in English and German (any additional language is an advantage).
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Previous experience, especially in a particular area, preferred.
- Experience with SAP / Power BI / Business Objects or Project Management would be a plus.
Nice to Have
- Project Management experience would be a plus.
